  • 6 week program
  • 2x/week - 60 minutes each
  • 3 days to choose from
  • Improve running strength
  • Improve run form
  • Our bootcamp class is designed for runners, by runners. Each class is aimed at improving strength, run form, and balance

    Starting May 14th, Choose from 3 days:

  • Monday, Wednesday, Thursday - 7:15 pm
