You will perform high intensity functional exercises in a fun environment that will be both challenging and rewarding. On top of performing the strengthening exercises there will run form instruction. The exercises are aimed at improving the foundation of fast, efficient, and injury free running: a strong core, good balance, and efficient movement. Class meets 2x/week.
Over this 4 week course, you will be fine tuning and honing your running skills in a small group session. Each class is instructed by a staff member and emphasizes RunSmart fundamentals. Get live feedback and instruction to improve your run form. Class meets 1x/week.
