Our RunSmart Bootcamp runs for 6 weeks, twice a week, for 1 hour. Each bootcamp class is designed for runners, by runners. Each class is aimed at improving strength, run form, or both. Class size is limited.
RunSmart's bootcamp is designed by physical therapists who love running as much as you! Each class lasts roughly 1 hour with 45 minutes of specific functional exercise and 15 minutes of discussion on run form, injury prevention, etc. This class is held in fun atmosphere that is structured to make you RunSmart.
